The World Bank, one of the development partners of Bangladesh, is lending another US ২৫ 250 million to Bangladesh for the implementation of economic recovery program in the post-Corona situation.
The amount of this loan in Bangladeshi currency stands at Tk 2,150 crore at the rate of Tk 8 per dollar.

The loan has been approved by the World Bank under Bangladesh Fast Recovery and Resilience Development Credit.
Do not support this budget of the World Bank – Bangladesh will be able to spend in any sector taken for the next pass.

Fatima Yasmin, Secretary, Department of Economic Relations (ERD), Government of Bangladesh, and Mohammad Anis, Acting Country Director, World Bank, signed the loan agreement at the National Economic Council (NEC) conference room in the capital on Monday.
