A Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight could not land at Cox’s Bazar Airport due to inclement weather. After circling the sky several times, it landed at Chittagong Airport on Monday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Cox’s Bazar Airport Manager Golam Mostaza Hasan said the Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight from Dhaka was scheduled to land at Cox’s Bazar Airport around 4:20 pm.

However, due to high wind speed in the sky, it landed at Chittagong Airport around 5:15 pm. If the situation is normal, the flight will return to Cox’s Bazar again.

An official of Biman, who did not want to be named, said, “The return time of DGQ38 flight was 5 pm. Instead, it will leave Cox’s Bazar shortly after 6 p.m. We apologize to the passengers for the delay.
