The National Moon Sighting Committee held a meeting in the meeting room of the Islamic Foundation at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the evening to observe the holy Eid-ul-Fitr moon.

Meanwhile, the moon of the holy month of Shawwal was not seen in Saudi Arabia on Saturday (April 30). This time Sunday is the 30th day of the holy month of Ramadan in the country. As a result, Eid al-Fitr will be celebrated in Saudi Arabia on Monday (May 2).
The Middle East-based news outlet Gulf News reports that a pre-scheduled meeting of Saudi Arabia’s “Moon Sighting Committee” was held on Saturday (April 30th). Earlier, the citizens of the country were requested to inform the information committee if they saw the Eid moon anywhere.
