The number of accused fleeing from the court due to lack of caution is increasing. In this incident, the family of college student Monir is suffering from insecurity. Monir’s father Parash Ali said, Oto will kill us.

Additional PP of Dhaka District and Sessions Court Anwarul Kabir Babul said that the on-duty police had neglected their duty by not taking the death row convict to court as it was supposed to be.

ATM Gulzar, Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) of the Dhaka court, said Badshah Mia escaped by evading the police while taking the two accused out of the court after hearing the case. Police Inspector Matiar Rahman Mia, in-charge of the Dhaka District and Sessions Judge’s Court, told the media that APSI Selim Mia and Constable Mazharul Islam were responsible for bringing the two accused to court and bringing them to the jail. Badshah Mia, the accused who was sentenced to death for their fraud, escaped. Inspector Motihar further said, “I heard that the handcuffs of the fugitive accused Badsha Mia were a little loose.

However, action is being taken against the two policemen in charge of negligence. On the other hand, an operation is being carried out to arrest the fugitive accused.
It is learned that Badsha Mia is the accused in the murder case of Mansur Ali alias Munna, a student of Savar University College, which is being tried in the 8th Additional District and Sessions Judge’s Court of Dhaka. Testimony was scheduled for the Munna murder case. The accused Badsha Mia and Lal Mia were produced in the court from Dhaka Central Jail in the morning. They were taken to court at 11am. As there were no witnesses in the case, the judge ordered to send them back to jail at eleven o’clock. Then the police on duty came down from the fifth floor with two accused. Badshah Mia escaped by evading the police on duty on the fourth floor. Witnesses said Badshah Mia was wearing a headscarf when he was produced in court. It was not immediately clear if he was handcuffed.
