King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia has been admitted to Al Saud Hospital. He was admitted to a hospital in Jeddah for a physical examination on Saturday (May 7).

The Saudi state news agency confirmed the information. A government statement said King Salman bin Abdul Aziz had been admitted to King Faisal Specialized Hospital.

However, the details of what kind of complications he was admitted to the hospital were not disclosed. King Salman bin Abdul Aziz, 6, underwent gallbladder surgery in 2020 and had his heart pacemaker battery replaced in March.
