Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed dissatisfaction with the Open Market Sale (OMS) program. In the Cabinet meeting, he said, there is a deficiency in the management of OMS activities. The Prime Minister has given instructions to ensure that this shortage does not occur.

Like TCB, from now OMS activities are also ordered through cards.

The Prime Minister gave this order in the cabinet meeting at his office on Monday. At the end of the meeting, Cabinet Secretary Md. Mahbub Hossain briefed the journalists.

The secretary said that the cabinet department will issue a letter with instructions to the DCs regarding carding in the OMS program.
