Must have working experience in a managerial position in the Economic Inclusion and Justice Department in a national or international organization. Must have leadership skills. Should be experienced in Market Assessment, Gender Transformative Value Chain Development, Gender Lens Investing, Social Enterprise & SME Development, Skill Development, TVET, Food Security & Livelihood & Capacity Assessment. Must be experienced in feminist research methodology. Skilled in policy advocacy, campaigning, presentation and communication. Must have publications in international peer reviewed journals. Must have a field visit mentality.

Salary: Salary per year (13 months) 23 lakh 34 thousand 604 taka.
