Oman expatriate Neelam Singh has been announced as a finalist in the prestigious ‘Mrs. International Beauty Pageant’ (International Beauty Contest) conducted by Geo King and Queen. The competition is being held in Thailand this year and the grand finale will be held on May 15 in the Phi Phi Islands of Thailand.
