Former Prime Minister and chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan told his supporters at a rally in Lahore to wait for a phone call to attend the rally in Islamabad. He made the call while addressing a rally at Minar-i-Pakistan in Lahore on Thursday.

Speaking for more than an hour, Imran Khan said that if his opponents were wondering what would happen after the Lahore rally, his message to them was that the real PTI work had just begun.

Imran Khan said he would call on all Pakistanis, not just PTI leaders, to take part in the rally.
Imran Khan further said that in the village, in the city, wherever you are, everyone should be ready.

“I do not want any conflict,” he said.
“We will not harm our country, but we do not want this ‘imported’ government,” he said.
Expressing hope that the movement would be fruitful, Imran Khan said that elections should be held soon.
