Barrister Rumin Farhana, a BNP MP and the party’s deputy secretary for international affairs, said: “The BNP will win only 300 seats if elections are held under a neutral government. Rumin Farhana said, “In 1971, when there was no one to declare independence, President Ziaur Rahman declared independence from Kalurghat radio station. He was the freedom fighter of the battlefield, in the war of liberation no one of the Awami League could be found. Awami League leaders fled to India. He further said that in the past, all kinds of attacks, torture, police harassment and false cases have been filed against the party and the opposition. Every official of the government agency accused of disappearance and murder will also be held accountable.
