Exchange of views of Upazila Nirbahi Officer in Baniachang
Shah Sumon Baniachang Correspondent: An exchange of views and a press briefing was held by the Prime Minister on the occasion of Mujib’s centenary in Habiganj’s Baniachang on Tuesday (April 26) on the occasion of inauguration of land and house distribution program to landless and homeless families of the country.
The briefing was held in the auditorium of the Upazila Parishad on Sunday (April 24) at 1 pm. The exchange of views and the press briefing was presided over by Upazila Nirbahi Officer Padmasan Singh.
In it, the Upazila Nirbahi Officer identified the extremely poor and homeless families and sought the cooperation of the journalists to hand over the gifts of the Prime Minister to the real disadvantaged. Among the journalists who spoke were Baniachang Press Club President Moshahed Mia, journalist Tapas Home and others.
It was attended by Assistant Commissioner (Land) Iffat Ara Zaman Urmi, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Kawsar Shukrana, Upazila Education Officer Shafiqul Islam Sarkar and journalists from print and electronic media.
