Eid festival is organized by Mirsarai Samiti Oman, an organization of expatriates, to share the joy of Eid in exile.
General Secretary of NRB CIP Association Mohammad Yasin Chowdhury CIP was the chief guest at the function held at Radisson Blu, a five-star hotel in Muscat, the capital on Tuesday (May 3).
President of Mirsarai Samiti Oman Mohammad Riyad presided over the function and General Secretary Mohammad Fahad and Organizing Secretary Mohammad Nazmul were the special guests at the event.
Senior Vice President Mohammad Yunus, Vice President Mohammad Shahid Khan and members of the association and expatriate Bangladeshis were present.
During the discussion, the leaders of the association highlighted the various activities and future plans of the organization for the welfare of the expatriates.
Chief Guest Mohammad Yasin Chowdhury CIP in his speech highly commended Mirsarai Samiti for organizing such events for the expatriates by overcoming the crisis of Corona epidemic and requested to continue such arrangements.
He wished success to the activities of the association in the service of expatriate welfare and humanity and assured all kinds of cooperation.
Children’s drawing competitions, balloon cups, hair pipe weaving, recitation of poems and various recreational sports were organized in the program.
The chief guest and special guests distributed prizes among the winning children.
