Md. Russell Islam, Jessore District Representative: Yasin (15), who was injured in the terrorist attack at Benapole in Jessore, died after 25 days of treatment.

Yasin died at Khulna General Hospital on Tuesday afternoon. The victim was identified as Yasin, son of Hasan of Kagmari village in Benapole. Earlier, Yassin’s grandfather, Awami League leader Magar Ali, was killed in a terrorist attack on April 18.
Meanwhile, the murder of two members of the same family in one month has cast a shadow of mourning in the area. The sky has become heavy with the ahazari of their family members. The family and locals demanded severe punishment for the terrorists.

Benapole Port Police Officer-in-Charge Kamal Hossain Bhuiyan told Bangla Express that two accused have already been arrested. Attempts are being made to arrest the other accused.
