A sales representative of a pharmaceutical company was killed when a truck overturned in Kurigram
Kurigram Correspondent: A motorcyclist named Habibur Rahman (38) was killed when he was hit by a truck at Rajarhat in Kurigram. The accident took place near Nazim Khan Bazar on Nazimkhan-Rajarhat road on Thursday afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Habibur Rahman, a resident of Nilphamari district. He was working as a sales representative in Opsonin Pharmaceutical Pharmaceutical Company in Rajarhat Upazila.
Police and locals said the deceased Habibur Rahman was on his way to Rajarhat from Nazimkhan Bazar on a motorcycle. He lost control of the motorcycle and was crushed under the wheels of a truck going to Rajarhat and died on the spot.
Rajarhat Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Raju Sarkar confirmed the incident and said that a motorcyclist and a pharmaceutical company’s sales representative lost control and fell under the wheel of a truck near Nazim Khan Bazar on the Rajarhat-Nazim Khan road and died on the spot. The deadly truck has been seized. The driver of the truck escaped.
