Isa bin Yusuf Al Duhailan, the Saudi ambassador appointed in Dhaka, said that preparations have been made to do the immigration of Hajj pilgrims in Dhaka. For this purpose, the Saudi delegation is coming to Dhaka tomorrow on Wednesday.
He gave this information in an event organized at the Saudi Embassy in Dhaka on Tuesday.
Isa bin Yusuf Al Duhailan, the Saudi ambassador appointed in Dhaka, told reporters that he wants to ensure 100% immigration of pilgrims to Dhaka.
Steps have been taken for that purpose. The Saudi delegation is coming tomorrow for that.
He expects that the visas of the pilgrims will be completed before the start of the Hajj flight.
In response to another question, the Saudi ambassador said that Saudi Arabia is helping to bring back 551 Bangladeshis from Port Sudan. In addition, Saudi Arabia is providing shelter and support for Sudanese expatriates.
On the occasion, 75 tons of dates were presented by the Saudi king. The Saudi ambassador handed over these dates to Shafiqur Rahman, director general of the West Asia Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
